I’m a remodeling contractor and small business owner based in West-Central Indiana. I spend my days planning and building bathrooms, decks, basements, and home upgrades, and my nights figuring out how to do it better, faster, and more honestly for homeowners and other trades.
On this site I share what I’m working on, what I’m learning about running a small construction company, and behind-the-scenes details you usually never see once the dust is swept up.
What I do
I own and run Patriot Property Pros, a local remodeling and construction company serving Terre Haute and surrounding towns in West-Central Indiana. Most of our work is:
- Bathroom remodeling and tile showers
- Decks and exterior upgrades
- Basements and home improvements
My job is to bridge the gap between building codes, real-world jobsite conditions, and what homeowners actually want to live with every day.

Why I started this site
ArronSmith.net is my place to:
- Document what’s working (and what isn’t) as I grow a small construction business
- Share practical details on tools, systems, and jobsite setups
- Organize ideas for future projects, content, and resources for other contractors
Nothing here is sponsored or scripted. It’s just the real process of building a business and doing work I can stand behind in the Terre Haute area.

Current focus
Right now my main focus is growing Patriot Property Pros and taking great care of the homeowners we work with around Terre Haute and West-Central Indiana. Most of my time goes into planning projects, improving our systems, and sharing more jobsite videos and walkthroughs on YouTube and social so people can see how we actually work.
